So this is a quick little job I did on Sunday night and I plan to leave on until Thursday when I can do gel. It took me about 10 minutes to paint it all and then I let it dry until it was hard, which took about 30 minutes. These photos don’t perfectly show off the color, but its fairly accurate. Anyway, here are 2 of my favorite nail products and one of my favorite colors.
Seche Vite ($5) is the hands down (haha… manicure stuff, no need to tell me I’m witty) best top coat I have ever used. It dries fast and adds a nice thickness to the nail. It makes any manicure look as though it is actually gel. Essie’s Ridge Filling Base Coat is the best base coat I have ever used. I like that it is a perfect nude, a “your nails but better” sort of color. It also dries really quickly and really does smooth the nail bed out so that it is the perfect base for even color coverage. In these photos, I have used Essie’s Mademoiselle ($9). It is a very nice pale pink. It’s the sort of color that bride’s use in their weddings, not that I plan to. I plan to have a gorgeous coral on my nails, but anyway this color really is nice.
Hope you have enjoyed this quick little post! Also, Happy Tuesday because Kate Spade is having a surprise 75% sale. Click on the link below to check it out… there are some pretty adorable things, just saying. Thanks for reading.
